Frances Harrison born and raised in the Philadelphia section of what is famously known as Southwest Philly throughout her youth and adult life. She learned at an early age how to serve and care for others. She was encouraged by women in her family who were true examples at showing what giving looked like.

Frances always had a natural joy for people. However, that joy really came through after receiving Christ as her personal Savior in 1999. She formulated Love 4 The Ministry where she went out to boarding homes and shelters providing lessons in: Life Skills Education, Cooking, Etiquette, Make-over Seminars. She performed these acts of kindness to enhance the self-esteem of women and young adults; and also to encourage them. She also founded Precious Rubies 31:10 in August, 2016. It has grown to 223 women in that short time who focus on Meal Planning, Inspiring Testimonies, Boot Camps, Health and Wellness/Fitness, Financial, Business Opportunities with connecting with other women and becoming better in their homes that we may make a huge impact on our families and our communities.

Continuing in the service of the Lord, Eric and Frances embraced a ministry of marriage mentoring. The love they have for God enhances the love they have for one another. God is faithful and has opened another door of opportunity through PCJ Media Worldwide a Podcast Production Company, where they along with the help of CEO Parker J. Cole formulated new relationship program, The Marriage Playbook. This program explores marital concepts using biblical principles while coaching and teaching enhancement methods to assist in the building of relationships and communication.
